Donna Evans (National Manager DPA) leads DPA’s team of specialist trainers. Donna is the main contact for all client enquiries and is responsible for program design and content development, trainer engagement, event management and program deliverables. Donna has 15 years experience in developing training programs underpinned by many hours of research into business theory and best practice and realistic workplace solutions.
Sarah Lowe (DPA Trainer) is an experienced business consultant, trainer, assessor and social auditor. Her HR experience and Sustainability skills support her work in cultural change and workplace communication. She has also been a member of several industry and community advisory committees including; the Tasmanian Woman’s Council, and Chair of two community organisations responsible for health and national harmonisation of WHS legislation. Sarah has a very genuine and ‘down to earth’ style of delivery. She is a natural coach and will adapt her style according to the level of experience, knowledge and confidence of the participants.
Christine Hepburn (DPA Trainer) balances roles as State Chair of the Defence Reserves Support Council, Deputy Chair of Economic Security of Women, Advocacy Chair for Zonta International District 23, at the same time as a full-time trainer, coach and facilitator. Taking the skills Christine has honed, she loves to help others change old habits to bring more harmony and positively influence outcomes in their daily lives.
